Brag Patch RV Park – Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2, 2025

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for campground reservations and site rentals. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following terms.


1. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds must be requested in writing via email, our online portal, or in person.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
  • All refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy.
  • Once a refund is processed, it is final and non-negotiable.

2. Daily and Weekly Reservations

  • No refunds for early departure once you have checked in.
  • No refunds if you are removed for violating park rules or Alabama Code § 35-15-30.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Eligible cancellations may receive a partial refund, subject to cancellation timelines.
  • Processing fees may apply to all approved refunds.

3. Pavilion or Event Rentals

  • Refunds depend on how far in advance cancellation occurs (see Cancellation Policy).
  • Security deposits are refundable only if the space is left clean and undamaged.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

4. Monthly Site Rentals

  • No refunds for early departure after check-in or occupancy.
  • Security deposits may be withheld if:
    • The site is not properly cleaned
    • There are unpaid rent, late fees, or damages
  • Deposits are refunded only after:
    • Site inspection
    • Property removal
    • All outstanding balances are paid

5. Weather, Emergency, and Park Closures

  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations unless the Park cancels your reservation.
  • If the Park cancels due to weather or emergency:
    • You may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future stay (valid for 12 months).

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following do not qualify for refunds:

  • Early departure for personal reasons
  • Illness, injury, or family emergency
  • Vehicle failure or weather delays not caused by the Park
  • Conflicts with other guests
  • Dissatisfaction with site layout, amenities, or conditions disclosed at booking

7. Policy Enforcement

  • This policy is enforced in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
  • Park management may deny refunds for violations of Alabama Code § 35-15-30.
  • No staff statements or verbal agreements override this written policy.
